We Want Your Input

The Town of Slaughterville is updating their Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).  Citizen input is vital to this process.  A CIP is a planning tool to plan for future development, growth and improvements for the town. It is intended to promote increased efficiency in the expenditure of public dollars on capital items. It entails comparing the inventory that the town has and the inventory that the town needs to the funding sources that are available to the town.

The town is encouraging citizens to provide input with the process.  If you have any information that you would like the town to consider, you can either come to the meeting for open discussion, or you can email your ideas to the Town Administrator.

Hearings will be held with the Local Planning Committee (which is the Planning and Zoning Commission) on the following dates:

May 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

June 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

July 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

If additional meetings are necessary, they will be held on the second Tuesday of each month and will begin at 7:00 p.m.  If you cannot appear at a hearing, please feel free to provide your input in the CIP process by emailing Marsha Blair, the Town Administrator, at marshablair@svilleok.org.
